Jane runs a youth orchestra with 90 members. She's set up each youth member with a parent's email address, so parents can reply. There are a number of siblings that are in the orchestra and each child's account is linked to the same parent's email address, making it easy for the parent to answer for each sibling. Jane also needs to keep attendance. She doesn't have time to do this herself so she's delegated the job to David. David brings his internet enabled iPad, opens up the event details and just taps each person's name to record their attendance.
