Muzodo is band management software that makes it easy to schedule your music group members. It saves your band leader time by keeping track of who is available to perform at all of your gigs.
Nicole has a number of things to keep track of in her military band. She books the gigs both for community and military events and needs to know that even if all members aren't available that she has a balanced band (she concedes that perhaps not all of her members are balanced but at least the instrumentation is!).
Playing outside calls for extra considerations such as appropriate dress, weather, parking, meeting place, etc and they are all conveniently managed by using Muzodo's custom event fields. In fact the custom event fields serve as a reminder of the information she needs to convey to the band, reducing the number of queries she needs to deal with from the members.
