Muzodo is an online music group member scheduling system. It saves your group time by keeping track of who is available to perform at all of your events.

• Everyone gets the details of a gig (event) coming up.
• Respond Yes, No or Maybe with one click - no login required.
• Add a note to give more details (esp. if you replied Maybe).
• Get notifications in your email and/or mobile app.
• Receive reminders.
• Add events to your calendar.
• Log in to update your response, view event details, times, address, map and more.

To save on the volume of email you receive, Muzodo can and does put more than one event in a notification. This happens when:

• Your admin enters more than one event before notifying members.
• The event date is negotiable and your admin needs you to choose from a number of dates.
• You have yet to respond to a previous event notification.

You can answer all unanswered events on one screen.

Be sure not to miss these!

There are 2 ways to add events to your calendar:

• One by one (as in the previous slide).
• Automatically using a calendar feed - see here for how to do this.

Responding quickly to event notifications really helps your group admin. Muzodo makes it fun to track how fast you respond with a response score.

• Prestissimo - less than 6 hours
• Presto - 6 hours to 1 day
• Vivace - 1 to 2 days
• etc.

Useful tip: Let the browser remember your password if you're using a private device.

• View all details offline - if you don't always have an internet connection.
